a hard day out handcycling with my beautiful wife.

had a really great/hard ride yesterday with denise and the dogs - over five hours worth. rode up dogfood, the up hotshot to fs road 6273, the connected some singletrack to schultz creek trail back to the start. it was a great singletrack ride! hotshot was really grueling due to the dry, loose conditions and the fact that it is hella steep. my arms were pretty sore afterwards, and it parked me on the couch for the rest of the day. also, it seems like mt webpage is down until troy gets back from maui, but my e-mail www.coconinocycles@yahoo.com still works fine, and the blog seems to work fine, or you can always call me at the phone # at the top of the blog which gets me too. hope this sunday finds you out having fun with your loved ones, steve.
